High-Speed Corrugated Tube Cutting Machine for Φ4–32 mm Conduit WM-177FY

CE Certified HS Code 8461.50 Φ4–32 mm conduit 100,000 pcs/h

The WM-177FY is the volume option for corrugated conduit — up to 100,000 cut pieces per hour depending on tube length and size, fed continuously from the pay-off wheel enclosed in its cabinet. It processes convoluted tube from Φ4 to 32 mm (Φ35 max passage) at any length from 1 to 999,999.99 mm, holding tolerance within 0.003 × L. A 10-wheel belt drive (servo motor optional) moves the tube without embossing, and pressure-roller height sets digitally for each diameter. No compressed air is required; the 260 kg machine runs on AC 220 V (110 V optional) and measures 1550 × 650 × 1400 mm.

Key features

  • Built for volume runs — short loom pieces stream out at rates up to 100,000 per hour, so one machine keeps several harness lines supplied
  • The pay-off wheel lives inside the cabinet — the coil spins behind a window instead of walking across your floor, and the footprint stays at 1.55 × 0.65 m
  • Pressure-roller height is entered digitally per tube diameter, making size changeover a number on the screen rather than trial-and-error shimming
  • Needs no compressed air — a 220 V (or optional 110 V) socket is the entire installation requirement

What it processes

  • Automotive and EV harness plants consuming pre-cut loom pieces by the thousand
  • Appliance and panel factories batch-cutting conduit for repeated harness designs
  • Tube converters packing counted short pieces for resale

Suited for: high-volume cutting of corrugated conduit from Φ4 to 32 mm, running continuously from a coil on the enclosed pay-off wheel. Not suited for: lengthwise splitting, smooth PVC or heat-shrink sleeve, or wire — for splitting at this same speed, pick the WM-587 high-speed corrugated pipe cutting and slitting machine, the benchtop machine on this feeding platform that adds a servo-driven slitting knife programmable to any position or length; the slower WM-176 corrugated tube cutting and splitting machine also slits the same Φ4–32 mm conduit lengthwise as it cuts. Sleeve has its own cutters in this category, and wire belongs with the wire cutting and stripping machines.

Wall thickness and rib pitch vary by loom supplier: send 2–3 meters of your actual tube and we run it on this machine on video before you commit.

WM-177FY — common questions

How does one machine reach 100,000 pieces per hour?

The rate applies to short pieces cut in continuous flow — the enclosed pay-off keeps tube feeding without operator pauses, the 10-wheel belt drive never releases the tube between cuts, and the blade cycles as the tube streams past. Longer pieces cut proportionally slower; the figure depends on tube length and size.

What does installation require?

A power socket and floor space — AC 220 V 50/60 Hz (110 V optional), no compressed air at all. The machine measures 1550 × 650 × 1400 mm, weighs 260 kg, and the coil loads onto the pay-off wheel inside the cabinet.

Can it cut smooth PVC sleeve, heat-shrink tube or cable?

No — the belt profile and blade are matched to corrugated walls from Φ4 to 32 mm. Smooth soft sleeve and heat-shrink cut cleaner on the hot-knife machines in the tube and pipe cutting category, and wire belongs on the wire cutting and stripping machines.
