Our WM-584B is an alternate build of our WM-584, with the same core diameter, cutting-length, accuracy and speed specifications, quoted separately. Our WM-584B combines belt feeding, cut-to-length processing and corrugated-tube splitting in a bench machine. The video moves from the feed mechanism to a finished section whose slit is opened by hand, so you can inspect the result as well as the motion.

WM-584B has separate start/stop buttons beside the touchscreen. Its gross weight is 88 kg and rated power is confirmed on the quote; these are not interchangeable specifications.
Can it make both closed and split tube pieces?
The video demonstrates cut corrugated tube with a lengthwise slit. If your jobs also require closed tube, tell us before ordering. We confirm cut-only operation and the knife arrangement on the selected unit and show both required results in the trial video.
Does the maximum diameter apply to every material?
The specified maximum is 38 mm, with larger sizes available by custom configuration. Material, wall thickness and hardness affect cutting. Send samples and dimensions through our custom machine service for larger or uncertain sections; we confirm the configuration on the quote.
Are the stated accuracy and minimum length guaranteed for every tube?
The specification lists ±0.1 mm accuracy and a 0.1–99,999.9 mm length setting. A control setting does not guarantee a usable short piece for every tube. We measure repeat cuts on your material and confirm finished-length tolerance and the working range on the quote.
How fast will it run our lengths?
The specified range is 60–210 cuts per minute, depending on cutting length. We time your required cut-and-split sequence with the actual tube. For occasional small batches, a suitable manual cutter may be enough; this machine is intended for recurring measured batches.
What is the electrical requirement?
