The WM-576 is a floor-standing hot knife machine that cuts braided cable sleeve, ribbon, webbing and soft tube to programmed length, fusing synthetic material at the cut so pieces leave with sealed, fray-free ends. It takes material from 1 to 200 mm wide, cuts lengths from 0.1 to 9,999.9 mm and runs up to 6,600 cuts per hour. Length, batch and total counts are programmed on a color LCD touchscreen with English interface, and blade heat is set on a dedicated temperature controller. The machine draws 550 W at 220 V and weighs 86 kg on a 550 × 500 × 1,030 mm cabinet stand.

• Soft PVC and synthetic tubing cut to length where a hot blade is acceptable at the cut face

Suited for: synthetic braided sleeve, ribbon, webbing and soft tube from 1 to 200 mm wide that must ship in exact lengths with fused, fray-free ends — harness over-braiding, strap and tape piece work, soft tubing cut to length. Not suited for: heat shrink tube that needs a clean cold-cut bore — pick the WM-565N heat shrink tube cutting machine for that; round rope and cord up to Φ20 mm belong on the WM-561 hot rope cutting machine; webbing wider than 200 mm runs on the WM-572A hot knife webbing cutting machine with its 220 mm width.

Hot-blade behavior differs between braids, coatings and tube walls, so we prove it before you pay: send 2–3 meters of your actual sleeve, webbing or tube and we cut it on this machine on video — sealed ends on camera — before you commit to the order.
