Our WM-590 combines servo crawler feeding, inline inkjet marking, motor-driven cutting and conveyor outfeed in one line for tube from Φ1 to Φ30 mm. The stated cutting rate is 20–40 pieces per minute, with a 1 kW cutter and 2,000 W total power. We test the actual tube, required code and cut length together; the printer configuration and the acceptance unit for the stated ±0.5 length error are confirmed on the quote.

Key features

  • Mark and cut in one material path — the print head sits over the tube before the cutting station, reducing the handling and order-matching risk of moving loose lengths to a separate printer
  • Keep the tube under controlled feed — opposed crawler belts provide a long contact area, while the servo drive advances the programmed length toward the cutter
  • Run mixed orders from one screen — the English interface shows separate fields for order number, length, print content and planned quantity, so the code and cut instruction travel together
  • Check the result buyers actually reject — we trial your tube with the required code and show print readability, ink adhesion, cut position and the finished end before the order
  • Plan consumables and wear parts before production — every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from

What it processes

  • Cutting and lot-marking plastic, PVC and similar tube for harness, appliance and equipment assembly
  • Preparing identified pneumatic or fluid tube in counted, job-specific lengths
  • Printing part numbers, batch codes or assembly references before tube lengths enter kitting
  • Replacing separate cutting and manual labelling steps when production reaches recurring thousand-piece batches

Suited for: recurring tube batches where each piece needs both a controlled length and an identification code. The business case starts with the handling you remove: one order row drives the length, print content and planned quantity instead of cutting a batch, moving loose pieces and matching labels afterward.

Not suited for: a few hundred simple, unmarked lengths that a stop and hand cutter can finish economically. For recurring automatic cut-to-length work without printing, use the WM-582 tube cut-to-length machine. For printed webbing, ribbon or flat tape rather than tube, use the WM-574P webbing printing and cutting machine.

Do not approve this line from diameter and speed alone. Send two representative tube sizes, the shortest and longest production lengths, the exact code, and a marked sample showing where the code may sit. We run both jobs and return the video and cut samples so print readability, adhesion, position and the finished end can be accepted together.

WM-590 — common questions

What information do you need to configure the cutting and printing together?

Send the tube material, outside diameter, wall thickness, required lengths, batch quantities and the exact code artwork. Add the print height, number of lines, ink color, adhesion requirement and any cleaning or solvent restrictions. We run the material and return a trial video showing the code, its position and the cut end.

Which inkjet printer and ink are included?

The print head, controller, ink type, print height, line count, communication interfaces and consumables are confirmed on the quote for your tube and code. We do not substitute specifications from another printer configuration.

Will the printed code stay aligned with the cut length?

The order screen carries length, print content and planned quantity in the same job row. Alignment still depends on tube surface, feed behavior, print-head position and the required code location, so the sample trial records both code position and finished length against your acceptance method.

Can the WM-590 run any tube within Φ1–30 mm?

Diameter is only the first check. Tube stiffness, wall thickness, reinforcement, curvature and surface treatment affect feeding, cutting and ink adhesion. Send the production material rather than a substitute so we can select the guides, cutting tool and inkjet setup against the real job.

What utilities and language setup are required?

The listed machine supply is 220 V, 50–60 Hz and 2,000 W, with 0.5–0.7 MPa compressed air. We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.

How do we order replacement blades, ink and other wear parts?

Every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from.
