600 mm Roll-to-Sheet Cutting Machine for Film and Paper WM-601
Our WM-601 feeds roll material through a wide roller and cuts it into set-length pieces with an SKD-11 blade. The cutting width is 1–600 mm, with a programmable length range of 0.1 mm–999.99 m. The specification lists 120–150 cuts/min at a 50 mm cut length and a cutting accuracy of 0.1 mm. We verify length, edge condition and output together on your actual film, paper or bubble wrap before you order. The machine has an English/Chinese ARM control system, a 1,200 W rating and a listed weight of 90 kg.

Key features
- A 600 mm cutting width lets you process wide roll-fed film and paper without first reducing the roll to the width of a narrow tape cutter.
- Roller feeding and adjustable guides support repeated cut-to-length work; we set up the feed on your material and check for skew, slipping and visible marks during the sample trial.
- The programmable length and 1–99 speed levels let us match the feed and cutting cycle to your required piece; the specified rate is 120–150 cuts/min at a 50 mm cut length.
- Send your actual roll material and cut requirements. We record the trial and show the finished pieces so you can review their length and edges before ordering.
- We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.
What it processes
- Release film and protective film cut from rolls into separate sheets
- Bubble-wrap pieces for packing, with the bubble size and thickness checked in a sample trial
- Roll-fed paper and insulating sheet cut to length, with material suitability confirmed by testing
When buying a film cutter, check the finished sheet as well as the running machine. A roll that feeds smoothly can still produce pieces that miss your length or edge requirements. During your sample trial, we check:
- Length and squareness: measure the cut pieces against your drawing and tolerance.
- Feed marks and distortion: inspect the surface and, for bubble wrap, the bubble condition.
- Edge quality: check for incomplete cuts, stretched edges and material pulling at the knife.
- Usable output: check the cycle at your required length with the same material you will run.
For occasional small batches, a manual cutter with a length stop may be enough. A programmable roll-fed machine is worth evaluating when repeated measuring and cutting become a production bottleneck or your batch needs a more consistent process.
Send your roll width, material thickness and cut drawing. We confirm the sample quantity and shipping address, cut your material on video, and show the finished pieces before you order. For a WM-601 quote, start with your webbing, tape or strip width and the finish you need at the cut edge. If the end has to be sealed or cut to a shape, include a photo or sketch.

Choose and troubleshoot this process
- Can One Cutter Process Bubble Wrap and Paper Rolls?Choose roll-to-sheet cutting for bubble wrap and paper by feed pressure, unwind control, complete separation and collection, rather than textile sealing.

WM-601 — common questions
Does 600 mm refer to the width or the cutting length?
It is the maximum cutting width. The programmable cutting length is listed separately as 0.1 mm–999.99 m. Tell us both your roll width and required piece length so we can prepare the right sample trial.
Will it hold 0.1 mm accuracy at 150 cuts/min on my material?
The 0.1 mm accuracy and 120–150 cuts/min rate are specification values; the rate is stated for a 50 mm cut length. We confirm the agreed tolerance and usable output together on your material, including its thickness, stiffness and required length. The video demonstrates feeding and cutting; it is not a dimensional inspection report.
Can it cut bubble wrap without crushing or stretching it?
The video shows bubble wrap feeding through the cutting head and cut pieces dropping into a box. Bubble size, thickness and feed pressure affect the finished result. Send the material you use, and we show the cut edges and bubble condition from your trial.
How should I arrange a sample test?
Send us the material name, roll width, thickness, cut length, tolerance and target quantity. We confirm the sample length and shipping address, then film the trial with your material and show the finished pieces before you order.
What if I need to cut wider than 600 mm?
Our WM-604 covers widths up to 800 mm. Send your roll specification so we can confirm which machine suits the material and output you need.
What should I plan for installation and replacement blades?
The specification lists AC 220 V, 50 / 60 Hz, 1,200 W and a 90 kg machine weight. We confirm the machine and packing dimensions on the quote. Blades are wear parts; every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from.
