RJ45 Modular Plug Crimping Machine for 4P to 10P Network Connectors WM-719
The WM-719 is an electric benchtop crimping machine for modular plugs from 4P to 10P — telephone plugs of the RJ11 type up to RJ45 and 10-position network connectors. Each foot-pedal press or touch trigger runs exactly one self-locking crimp cycle, with die, pressure and crimp depth all adjustable. The unit runs on 220 V 50/60 Hz at 90 W, measures 360 × 154 × 262 mm and weighs 15 kg, so it fits on any patch-cord assembly bench.

WM-719 — common questions
Which plug sizes does the WM-719 accept?
It covers modular plugs from 4P to 10P — 4-position and 6-position telephone plugs, 8P8C RJ45 network plugs and 10-position RJ50-style connectors. Changeover between sizes is done by adjusting the die and crimp depth, both of which are operator-adjustable without special tooling.
Is this machine fully automatic?
It is a semi-automatic electric bench machine. The operator loads the cable into the plug, places the plug in the V-shaped locator, and triggers the crimp by foot pedal or touch switch. A self-locking circuit runs exactly one crimp cycle per trigger, so the plug cannot be double-struck. Wire cutting and stripping are done upstream on a separate machine.
Can it crimp shielded RJ45 plugs?
Yes. The machine crimps both unshielded and metal-shielded modular plugs — the crimp pressure and depth adjustments let you set the stroke for the extra shield shell. Send us a sample of your plug and cable and we will confirm the setting on the actual machine before you order.
