Fully Automatic Double-End Terminal Crimping Machine with Wire Cutting and Stripping WM-3202
The WM-3202 turns spooled wire into finished leads in one pass — it cuts AWG 18–28 wire to any length from 40 to 9,900 mm, strips 0.5–10 mm at each end and crimps reel terminals on one or both ends at 2.0 T. Two press stations accept standard OTP horizontal and straight applicators, and the machine sustains 3,800 or more finished wires per hour at lengths within 100 mm. For a harness plant, one operator loading spools replaces a row of bench presses.

Suited for: harness plants moving from bench-press crimping to line production — single wires from AWG 28 up to AWG 18, cut to length, stripped and crimped with reel terminals on one or both ends in a single automatic cycle. The practical math is simple. At 3,800 or more short wires per hour, one operator loading spools and reels does the work of several bench-press stations, and every wire in the batch carries the same cut length, strip depth and crimp. An output conveyor is available to collect finished wires in running order for the next assembly step.

How does a changeover to a new wire or terminal work?
Swap the applicator and terminal reel at the press station, load the new wire through the straightener, then recall the stored program on the touchscreen — length, strip depth and lot count come back with it. Run a first-article wire, check the crimp, and start the batch. No custom tooling is needed as long as the terminal runs in an OTP-standard applicator.
What jobs is the WM-3202 the wrong machine for?
