What does "change-free hexagonal die" mean in practice?

The hexagonal die set stays bolted in. You pick the conductor size on the touch screen and the press closes the hexagon to that size, so a batch that mixes several conductor sizes runs without stopping to swap die halves. Square, four-point and OTP molds are listed as applicable tooling for jobs whose profile is not a hexagon — those are conventional mold changes.

Which conductor sizes does it actually cover?

The rated crimping range is 0–75 mm², and the screen of the machine photographed here carries eight stored size presets running from 1.5 mm² to 35 mm².
