35 Ton Servo Cable Lug Crimping Machine for Terminals up to 120 mm² WM-3135T
The WM-3135T crimps the big stuff — copper cable lugs and tube terminals up to 120 mm², pressed at 35 tons with standard 150 mm² molds in six-sided, four-sided or M-type die form. A 2.2 kW servo system driving a Taiwan Hiwin screw rod holds 0.05 mm crimping accuracy, and the 7-inch touchscreen recalls stored work orders and crimp heights in Chinese or English. It is the press for EV, charging-pile and energy-storage harnesses where a hand hydraulic tool can no longer keep up.

Key features
- 35 tons of servo-controlled force closes copper lugs up to 120 mm² with 150 mm² standard molds
- Six-sided, four-sided and M-type knife molds cover hexagon, indent and shaped crimp profiles
- 2.2 kW servo system on a Taiwan Hiwin screw rod holds 0.05 mm crimping accuracy
- Work orders live in the 7-inch touchscreen — recall the product, and crimp height comes back with it
- Interface switches between English and Chinese for mixed operator teams
What it processes
- EV and charging-pile harnesses terminated with large copper lugs
- Energy-storage and battery-bank cables crimped with hexagonal compression joints
- Grounding and power-distribution leads with ring lugs on large-section conductor up to 120 mm²
Suited for: large-section terminations — copper cable lugs and tube terminals up to 120 mm² on EV, charging-pile, energy-storage and power-distribution cable, crimped at 35 tons with repeatable servo force. Not suited for: small reel-fed harness terminals — for those, pick the WM-3120BT strip-and-crimp machine, which feeds reel terminals on AWG 32–20 wire, or the other automatic machines in our terminal crimping machines category.
This press is the heavy step above our servo crimping press family WM-3130T, which covers 8 to 30 tons for everything below the lug class. Smaller lugs on a bench are a different machine again: the WM-3218 13-ton hydraulic lug press crimps with a change-free hexagonal die — one die set, size picked on the screen — which is the cheaper answer when the batch mixes sizes and the lugs are well under this machine’s class. Where a battery workshop outgrows hand hydraulic crimpers — inconsistent hexes, sore operators, no records — a servo press with stored work orders makes each lug identical to the last, which is what an EV wire harness line audit wants to see.
Lug crimping is mold-specific, so we prove it before you pay for it. Send 2–3 meters of your cable and a few of your lugs — we crimp them on this machine on camera and send you the video and the samples.

WM-3135T — common questions
What terminals does the WM-3135T crimp?
Copper cable lugs and tube terminals up to 120 mm², pressed with standard 150 mm² molds. Six-sided molds give the hexagon compression used on battery and energy-storage cable, four-sided and M-type knife molds cover indent and shaped profiles. If your lug is unusual, send a sample — mold fit is the one thing to confirm before ordering.
How are product changeovers handled?
Each product is stored as a work order in the 7-inch touchscreen — recall it and the crimping height comes back with it, then swap the mold set for the lug profile. Crimping height fine-adjustment is done on screen rather than with shims, and the display switches between English and Chinese.
When is this machine more than you need?
When your terminals are reel-fed harness terminals rather than lugs. Those run far faster on the 8–30 ton servo presses and automatic machines in our terminal crimping machines category — the WM-3135T earns its place only where sheer force on large-section lugs is the job.
