How quiet is the WM-3120BT in a real workshop?
The drive is a frequency-controlled variable-speed motor, so there is no clutch-and-flywheel impact between cycles — the loudest event is the crimp itself. We deliberately do not quote a decibel figure from a brochure. Before you order, we run your wire on camera with a sound meter in the frame, so you hear and see the actual level the machine produces on your job.
What terminals and applicators does it accept?
It runs chained terminals from a reel, guided through a feed track into the crimping applicator, with a 30 mm stroke and 2.0 T of force. Send a short strip of your terminals plus a wire sample — we confirm applicator fit and send back crimped samples before you commit to anything.
Does it also cut wire to length?
No — it strips 1.0–6.0 mm from the end and crimps the terminal in the same cycle, working on wires you have already cut. Any machine from our wire cutting and stripping range can prepare the cut lengths upstream; a common layout is one cutter feeding two of these strip-and-crimp stations.
