Terminal Crimping Machine with One-End Insulation Sleeve Inserting, AWG 16–24 WM-374
The WM-374 takes wire off the reel and delivers a finished lead in one cycle — cut to length, stripped, terminals crimped on both ends and a tubular insulation sleeve pushed onto one end. It runs AWG 16–24 single wire at up to 1,700 pieces per hour within 300 mm, cuts from 50 to 9,900 mm at ±2% tolerance, and strips 0–15 mm. Crimping force of 2–3 tons suits standard OTP horizontal and straight applicators, while a vibratory bowl feeds 187, 250 and 110 straight sleeves automatically. It draws AC 220 V at 2.5 kW.

Suited for: single-wire leads in AWG 16–24 that need both ends crimped and one end insulated with a push-on tubular sleeve — appliance, lighting, motor and control-panel wiring built at volume. Not suited for: sleeves on both ends, heat-shrink insulation or housing insertion — for double-end sleeves, pick the WM-388 double-end crimping and sleeve insertion machine, which sleeves both crimps on AWG 10–24 wire; the other terminal crimping machines cover shrink-tube and housing models. Short leads under 600 mm run faster elsewhere too — the WM-3225 double-end crimping and soft sleeve inserting machine does the same double-crimp plus one-end sleeve job at 3,000 pieces per hour on AWG 12–32 wire, provided every lead is between 18 and 600 mm.

Which insulation sleeves can it load?
Straight tubular sleeves of the 187, 250 and 110 series and similar types are fed from a vibratory bowl and pushed onto one wire end after crimping. Sleeve tooling is matched to your exact sleeve dimensions, so send sleeve samples with your inquiry for a confirmed setup.
Does it work with my existing crimping applicators?
The crimp stations accept OTP horizontal and straight applicators at 2–3 tons of force, which covers most open-barrel terminals in the AWG 16–24 range. If your terminals already run on standard OTP-type applicators, that tooling carries over to this machine.
What is the WM-374 not built for?
It loads a sleeve on one end only — for insulated joints on both ends see the other terminal crimping machines. Wire outside AWG 16–24, heat-shrink insulation and connector-housing insertion are also outside its scope.
