The WM-675 takes heat shrink tube from Φ7 to 16 mm straight off the reel, cuts it to the programmed length, slips it over the cable end and bakes it sealed between two heating tubes — one above, one below — so the sleeve shrinks evenly all the way around flat sheathed cable. The operator loads and unloads; the machine does the rest, at 300 to 1,000 pieces per hour depending on hand speed. Tube length, upper and lower baking temperatures and piece counts are set on a color HMI touchscreen with an English interface, with parameter lockout and one-click restore to keep recipes from drifting.
