Heat Shrink Tube Inserting and Heating Machine for Wire Ends and Terminals WM-663
The WM-663 cuts heat shrink tube to length from the reel, slips it over a wire end and shrinks it in place — one station, one foot-press per wire. It takes sleeve from Φ2.0 to Φ8.0 with a size-matched fixture, melts at 200–380 °C and completes a cycle in 2.5 seconds, for 800–2,500 pieces per hour. PLC control with a 4.3-inch color TFT sets tube length, position and temperature per recipe, and forced-air cooling sets the sleeve before the clamp opens. The 75 kg floor unit measures 500 × 640 × 1,300 mm and runs on 220 V with clean compressed air.

How does a cycle actually run?
The operator pushes the stripped wire end into the guide hole and steps on the foot switch. The machine cuts the programmed sleeve length from the reel, carries it over the wire end, shrinks it at the set temperature and cools it with forced air — about 2.5 seconds in total. Throughput lands between 800 and 2,500 pieces per hour depending on sleeve size and length.
Which sleeve sizes fit, and how do I change over?
Sleeve outer diameters from Φ2.0 to Φ8.0 run with a size-matched fixture. Changing size means swapping the corresponding fixture and recalling the recipe on the 4.3-inch touchscreen — tube length, position and temperature all come back with the program.
What is the WM-663 not designed to do?
It shrinks one short sleeve at the end of a wire — it is not a tunnel oven for shrinking long sections, mid-span splices or whole bundles, which is work for the ovens in the heat shrink processing category. It also does not cut or strip the wire itself.
