Infrared Heat Shrink Oven for Wire Harness Sections up to Ø100 mm WM-664
The WM-664 shrinks tube and heat-cures coverings on a clamped section of wire harness inside a semicircular infrared chamber. Eight 300 W radiant tubes — 2,400 W of infrared in total — surround the workpiece, heating it from all sides at once without an air blast that could shift a positioned sleeve. The chamber accepts an inlet up to Ø120 mm and heats a zone of Ø100 mm across a 130 mm length. A toggle-clamp stage on an adjustable slide positions every harness identically, and total draw stays under 2.8 kW on a grounded 220 V, 50 Hz supply.

Why infrared instead of hot air for this job?
A clamped harness section sits still while eight radiant tubes heat it from all directions at once, so the sleeve shrinks evenly without being rotated and without an air stream pushing it out of position. Hot air suits hand-presented cable ends — a fixed zone on a heavy bundle is where radiant heat wins.
How is the harness held during heating?
On a wooden-faced stage with a toggle clamp, mounted on an adjustable slide. You set the stage height and depth once for a given harness, and every following piece clamps into exactly the same spot in the chamber — that is what makes the shrink result repeatable across a batch.
What sizes and jobs are outside its range?
