Crawler Belt Heat Shrink Tunnel Oven for Continuous Wire Sleeve Shrinking WM-666
The WM-666 shrinks sleeves in a continuous stream — twin timing belts grip each wire and carry it through the heating tunnel and cooling zone, delivering around 2,000 pieces per hour with nobody holding a heat gun. It shrinks sleeve up to Φ10 mm over lengths up to 60 mm on wires from 195 mm long, heated by two 1,000 W boards with working temperature adjustable up to 700 °C. Finished wires collect at the end of the belt for single or batch removal. The 40 kg bench unit measures 110 × 23 × 35 cm and runs on 220 V, 50 Hz.

Suited for: high-volume shrinking of small pre-positioned sleeves — splice insulation, printed markers and end sleeves under Φ10 mm and 60 mm long, on wires of 195 mm or more, flowing through at around 2,000 pieces per hour. How does continuous feeding work in practice?
The wire is clamped between the double-sided timing belts at the infeed. Once the previous wire has fully entered the machine, the next one goes straight in — the belts carry each piece through the heating zone and cooling zone in turn, and finished wires gather at the collection end where they lift off individually or all together after a few seconds of cooling.
What sleeve and wire sizes does it take?
Sleeve diameter under 10 mm and heated length under 60 mm, on wires at least 195 mm long so the belts have enough wire to grip and carry. Temperature adjusts from 0 to 700 °C to match sleeve wall and shrink ratio.
What is the WM-666 not meant for?
Sleeves thicker than Φ10 mm or longer than 60 mm, and whole-bundle or mid-harness shrink jobs — those belong on the larger ovens in the heat shrink processing category. It also does not cut sleeve or place it on the wire; it only shrinks what is already positioned.
