The WM-670PH shrinks pre-positioned sleeves as wires ride through a 630 × 180 × 80 mm heated tunnel on a Teflon mesh conveyor. Far-infrared tubes heat from above and below under two independent temperature controllers set anywhere up to 260 °C, and belt speed adjusts steplessly from 0 to 6 m/min so dwell time matches each tube specification. The belt carries up to 20 kg of product, the 3.6 kW oven runs on 220 V, and the whole unit measures 1200 × 480 × 580 mm at 50 kg.

How do I set temperature and belt speed for a new tube type?
The upper and lower heater banks each have their own digital controller adjustable up to 260 °C. Start from the tube maker's recommended shrink temperature, then trim belt speed between 0 and 6 m/min until recovery completes just before the tunnel exit. Once a combination works, the two temperatures and the dial position are all you need to record to repeat it.
What size of work fits through the tunnel?
The heated space is 630 mm long, 180 mm wide and 80 mm high, and the mesh belt is rated to carry 20 kg of product. Wire ends, terminals, marking sleeves and small assemblies pass side by side in rows — anything taller than 80 mm or wider than 180 mm will not clear the tunnel.
What does this oven not do?
It only heats. It does not cut tubing to length, slide sleeves onto wires or print markings — those steps happen upstream on other heat shrink processing machines, and parts over the 80 mm clearance need a different oven format.
