Two-Row Connector Wire Sequence Detector for Color-Order Verification WM-816
The WM-816 verifies wire color sequence in double-row connectors before they leave the bench. Clamp the connector between the dual fixtures and a 1280 × 1024, 60 fps CMOS camera behind a megapixel 75 mm F1.4 lens images both rows across a 1–58 mm field of view; the embedded system compares every position against the taught reference and answers within 0.25 s through OK and NG lamps plus an audible alert. Printed characters and color rings on the insulation do not disturb the verdict, and the whole unit draws under 35 W.

What connectors does the WM-816 inspect?
Double-row connectors within the 1–58 mm field of view. The dual sliding fixtures clamp the housing so both rows sit in focus at the same time, and the screen shows the two camera views stacked for instant comparison.
How do operators see the result?
The machine judges within 0.25 s and reports three ways — the screen marks the checked rows, the green OK or red NG lamp lights on the front panel, and the built-in speaker sounds, so a busy operator cannot miss a reject.
What does it not test?
