Our WM-608 feeds soft tubing and strip material through polyurethane rollers and cuts it to programmed lengths. Adjustable guides, batch counts and pause settings help prepare repeat quantities for assembly. Our WM-608 is a bench-mounted roller-feed cutter for repeat lengths of soft tubing and suitable strip material. The LCD and physical keypad control length, speed and counted batches. An overhead spool support and adjustable material guides form the incoming path to the feed roller and cutting head.
The demonstration shows parallel black material feeding through the guides, the roller and cutting area in close view, and the cut pieces collecting beside the outlet. A second sequence shows multicolored ribbon material being cut and the resulting lengths collecting in a box. These are actual operating views; material identity and dimensional tolerance are established separately in your sample trial.

WM-608 — common questions
Does the 100 mm specification mean it cuts tube with a 100 mm outside diameter?
No. The specification gives cutting width, not tube outside diameter. Send the tube material, outside diameter, wall thickness and required lengths; we confirm the usable configuration through a sample trial.
Does a 0.1 mm setting guarantee every piece is accurate to 0.1 mm?
No. The specification lists 0.1 mm program control accuracy. Finished length also depends on material stiffness, roller grip and supply drag. We measure your sample pieces against the tolerance required for your assembly.
Can it cut several lengths of tube side by side?
The demonstration shows several narrow black lengths feeding side by side through adjustable guides. The number that can run together depends on material dimensions and feed behavior. We confirm the arrangement on your actual tubing.
Is 170 cuts per minute the expected output for every job?
It is the listed maximum cutting rate, not a guaranteed piece rate for all lengths and materials. Feeding distance, material behavior and batch pauses affect working output. We establish your production rate during the sample run.
Is automatic cutting worthwhile for an occasional batch of 1,000 pieces?
A hand cutter and length stop may be sufficient for occasional small batches. Automation is more useful when recurring batches of many thousands keep operators measuring and cutting instead of assembling. Send your batch frequency and cut lengths so we can assess the job with you.
Will the machine heat-seal textile ends?
