A separate build for your terminal crimping workstation

Our WM-3233 super-quiet terminal crimping machine uses a side-mounted control panel beside the press body. The counter, task lamp and terminal reel support form a bench station for manually presented wires. Its listed force, power, stroke, dimensions and weight match our WM-3102T low-noise terminal crimping machine; the two builds are quoted separately.

Choose the configuration around the operator’s setup and the applicator needed for your terminal. If acoustic performance is part of your acceptance criteria, agree a measured test under the intended operating conditions. The build name alone does not establish a sound level at your workstation.

Get the applicator right before running production

A terminal that fits the nominal wire size can still require a different crimp profile or feed arrangement. Send the actual terminal strip and production wire, including the insulation diameter and stripping length. We match the tooling to that combination and demonstrate the crimping process and finished samples before you order.

Tell us what the finished connection must do: fit a housing, mate with another terminal or meet a specified pull force. Agree those checks with the sample trial so the result can be evaluated against your assembly requirements.

Compare the first piece and the full batch

For a shop changing terminals throughout the day, setup time belongs in the production calculation. Give us two or three representative jobs, the batch sizes and how often the tooling changes. Evaluate the time to set the applicator, produce the first acceptable crimp, handle each wire and inspect the results.

Prepare the bench and the delivery configuration

The listed machine dimensions are 240 × 270 × 650 mm with a net weight of 55 kg. Allow additional space for the reel support, terminal stock, wire handling and access to the applicator. The standard stroke is 30 mm; a customized 40 mm stroke is confirmed against the tooling before ordering.
