The WM-391 turns multi-core sheathed cable into finished leads in one enclosed cell — wire cutting, double-end jacket and core stripping, terminal crimping on side A and core twisting plus tinning on side B. It processes cable of 2.0 to 6.5 mm outer diameter, cutting 80 to 1,000 mm lengths (customizable), stripping the jacket 10 – 45 mm on the crimp side and 10 – 100 mm on the tinning side. Output runs 500 to 1,500 pcs/h depending on core count, with air-pressure detection and alarm guarding every cycle.

Suited for: multi-core sheathed cable from OD 2.0 to 6.5 mm (2–10 cores) that must leave the machine crimped on one end and twisted-plus-tinned on the other, at 500–1,500 pcs/h. How fast does the WM-391 actually run on my cable?

It depends on core count. The maker rates OD within 5.0 mm (2 – 4 cores) at 1,500 pcs/h, 5.0 – 5.5 mm (5 – 7 cores) at 1,000 pcs/h, and 5.5 – 6.5 mm (7 – 10 cores) at 500 pcs/h. Send us your cable construction and we confirm the real cycle on video.

How long can each end be stripped?

On the crimping side (A) the jacket strips 10 – 45 mm, customizable, with core wires stripped 1 – 15 mm. On the tinning side (B) the jacket strips 10 – 100 mm with the same 1 – 15 mm core window — enough reach for leads that terminate deep inside an enclosure.

What can it not do?
