The WM-3201 finishes both ends of a lead in one automatic cycle — it cuts wire from 45 to 9,999 mm, strips both ends, crimps a reel terminal on one end at 2 T and solder-tins the other. It handles AWG 14–28 wire below 4 mm² at 2,000–3,000 pieces per hour, with wire, terminal, blockage and air-pressure detection watching every cycle. Typical output is the classic appliance lead — terminal on one end, tinned tails for soldering on the other.

Suited for: leads that leave the machine ready to install — one end crimped with a reel terminal, the other end tinned for soldering or screw terminals, on wire from AWG 28 up to AWG 14. Hand-dipped tinning is where appliance leads usually go wrong — uneven solder, burnt insulation, operators breathing flux all day. Here the strip and solder dip happen inside the machine at a controlled bath temperature, every wire the same, while the crimping side runs its own terminal checks in parallel.

Which wires and terminals does the WM-3201 handle?
Single wires from AWG 14 to AWG 28 (below 4 mm²), with reel-fed terminals crimped at 2 T on one end. The other end is stripped and dipped in the solder bath, giving even tinning ready for screw clamps or PCB soldering. Both processes run in the same automatic cycle.
What does a product changeover involve?
Change the terminal reel and applicator on the crimping side, thread the new wire, then recall the stored program — cut length, strip lengths, solder temperature and dip depth all live in the controller. The detection devices then guard the run, stopping the machine if wire or terminals run out or a feed blocks.
What should the WM-3201 not be used for?
