Semi-Automatic Flag Terminal Crimping Press, 30 kN WM-3103T
Our WM-3103T is a bench flag terminal crimping machine with a 30 kN press, 1.1 kW motor and replaceable applicator. The operator presents the prepared wire for crimping; this is a semi-automatic workstation. Send your terminal part number and wire samples so we can match the tooling and demonstrate the finished connection before you order.

Key features
- Reduce repeated hand-tool squeezing: the motor-driven press performs the crimp while the operator positions the prepared wire at the applicator.
- Get tooling matched to the actual terminal: send the part number, terminal strip and wire together so we can demonstrate conductor and insulation crimp formation with your materials.
- Keep the press when the terminal changes: replaceable applicators let us configure another compatible terminal job without replacing the whole workstation.
- Check the setup before running a batch: the English control panel provides manual adjustment controls and a counter, helping the operator establish and track the job.
- Plan around a 30 mm stroke, with a customized 40 mm option; we confirm the applicator fit and required clearance on the quote.
What it processes
- Appliance and equipment harnesses using strip-fed flag terminals.
- Assembly benches processing prepared wires in repeated terminal batches.
- Harness workshops comparing powered crimping with repeated hand-tool operation.
Match the flag terminal before choosing the press
A flag terminal crimping machine needs tooling that supports the actual terminal shape. If the crimp wings fold incorrectly, extra pressing force will not correct the tooling geometry. Our WM-3103T pairs a powered bench press with a flag applicator, giving repeated wire termination work a dedicated workstation.
Send the terminal part number or drawing, a length of the terminal strip and the wire you use in production. Include insulation diameter, stripping length and any required crimp dimensions. We use that combination to select the applicator and show you the crimping process and finished samples on video before you order.
Evaluate the first acceptable crimp after a changeover
For a workshop changing terminal types during the day, setup belongs in the output calculation. List the jobs you want to share on the press and how often they change. We confirm which applicators are needed and demonstrate the setup for your representative jobs. Vertical and horizontal applicator compatibility does not mean that every existing tool will fit without checking its mounting and feed arrangement.
The control panel includes a counter and adjustment controls. The adjustable 1–20 operation setting describes the cycle function, not a claim of pieces per minute. Base your production plan on the demonstrated time to load, crimp, remove and inspect your wire.
Buy the connection quality your assembly requires
Tell us what happens after crimping: mating with a connector, insertion into a housing or installation into an appliance. Include the acceptance requirements for that connection. We agree the sample inspection, crimp dimensions and any pull testing required for the trial. Do not substitute the press’s nominal force for an acceptance test on the finished termination.
For loose bootlace ferrules with integrated stripping, compare our WM-3103 ferrule crimping machine. For other termination processes, see our terminal crimping machines.
Quote the complete bench setup
Compare the press, the applicators needed for your part list, operator time and inspection effort against your present process. A low annual volume spread across many terminals can make tooling cost more important than press speed. Send your annual quantities and typical batch sizes so we can assess the workstation with you.
We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual. For wear parts, every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from. The configuration sheet and datasheet give different dimensions and weights; both are listed above, and we confirm the final ordered configuration before you order.

WM-3103T — common questions
Does WM-3103T cut and strip the wire automatically?
No. This is a semi-automatic crimping press for prepared wires. The operator presents the wire at the applicator. For an integrated cutting, stripping and termination process, send your requirements through our terminal crimping category so we can select the appropriate machine.
Can one flag terminal applicator handle every terminal and wire size?
The applicator must match the terminal geometry, strip feed and wire construction. A shared wire size alone does not establish compatibility. Send the terminal drawing or part number, strip samples, conductor size and insulation diameter; we confirm the tooling on the quote.
How do we check whether the crimp meets our requirements?
Send your acceptance criteria with the samples, including specified crimp dimensions and pull-force requirements where applicable. We demonstrate crimping on your materials and agree the inspection and test records before the order. Press force alone does not establish connection quality.
Is the 1–20 setting the production speed?
No. It is the adjustable number of operations in the cycle setting. Useful output depends on wire handling, terminal feed, inspection and changeovers. We demonstrate your job so you can assess output for your workflow.
What should we include when comparing the cost with manual crimping?
Include annual crimp quantity, the number of terminal types, applicators, setup time and inspection work. Send representative jobs and your present handling time; we quote the press and matched tooling so you can compare the complete workstation cost.
What comes with the electrical setup and spare-parts support?
We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual. For wear parts, every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from. The quote also confirms the selected stroke, applicator and final machine dimensions and weight.
