Automatic European Plug Pin Riveting Machine for Power Cord Assembly WM-372
The WM-372 rivets the brass pins of a European two-pin plug onto the conductors of a power cord and assembles the finished plug insert, ready for overmolding. Loose pins feed from a vibratory bowl while green carrier fixtures index each cord through the pneumatic riveting stations, so the 3-ton press hits every joint in the same position. Output runs 1,800 to 2,200 inserts per hour at a specified yield of 99% or better, from a floor-standing cell of 1,170 × 770 × 1,550 mm drawing 1.6 kW.

A finished plug insert — the white pin bridge with both brass pins riveted onto the cord's two conductors, as shown in the sample photos. That insert then goes into your injection molding tool for the outer plug body. The riveted joint carries the electrical and mechanical load of the finished plug.
