Double-Head Terminal Crimping Machine for Both Wire Ends, 1–4 mm² WM-363
The WM-363 cuts wire to length, strips both ends and crimps a terminal on each of them in one automatic cycle, covering terminal sizes from 1 to 4 mm². Two independent press stations feed from their own terminal reels, so each end of the lead can carry a different terminal — a fork on one end and a pin ferrule on the other, or a ring lug for an earth strap. The 580 kg floor-standing cell runs on 220 V and 0.5 to 0.8 MPa compressed air, replacing a cutting machine and two bench presses.

Suited for: high-volume double-ended leads in the 1 to 4 mm² terminal class — earth straps, control-cabinet jumpers and appliance wiring where both ends must arrive terminated and consistent. WM-363 — common questions
Can each end of the wire get a different terminal?
Yes — that is the point of the two-head layout. Each press station has its own applicator and its own terminal reel, so the machine crimps, for example, a fork terminal on one end and a pin ferrule on the other in the same cycle, as the sample photos show.
What does changing over to a new terminal involve?
Each station carries its own applicator and reel, so a changeover means swapping those and recalling the wire program — the same routine as on a bench press, done twice. The machine is also built to order, so tell us your cable sizes and terminal specifications and we configure both stations to match before shipment.
What is it not built for?
