The WM-389 combines processes that usually occupy three benches — it cuts wire, strips and crimps terminals on one or both ends, threads heat shrink tube over the joint, laser-marks the tube and shrinks it in place, all in one automated pass. It handles 0.3–5 mm² wire (AWG 24–10) at 1,100–1,300 pieces per hour, cutting from 50 to 9,999 mm in 0.1 mm steps. Crimping force spans 2.0–4.0 tons on general OTP applicators, and sensors verify wire, tube, terminal and air pressure on every cycle.

Handling is the hidden cost — each extra bench means another queue, another operator and another chance to mix up circuits. Here the tube is threaded, laser-marked with your circuit code and shrunk over the fresh crimp in the same cycle, so leads come off finished and traceable at 1,100–1,300 pieces per hour.

What is the WM-389 not built for?
