The WM-671JG laser-prints legends on heat shrink tube, cuts the sleeve, inserts it onto the wire end and shrinks it — one station with a listed 2.5-second cycle and 1,000–2,000 marked and shrunk pieces per hour. We confirm the cycle basis and actual output together in a trial. The UV laser needs no ink or ribbon and leaves waterproof, oil-proof characters; legends are set freely on a 7-inch touchscreen or imported from Excel, with different labels per core on two-core wire. Tube in the Φ2.0/Φ6.5 class, shrink zones 8–40 mm at 0–400 °C.

Suited for: printed heat shrink identification on wire ends — laser-marked legend, tube cut, threaded and shrunk in a listed 2.5-second cycle, with actual cycle basis confirmed in a trial, tube in the Φ2.0/Φ6.5 class with 8–40 mm shrink zones. Not suited for: tube above the Φ6.5 class, or shrink zones longer than 40 mm — that laser mark–insert–shrink job is the WM-673 (Φ2.0/Φ10, 8–45 mm; same cycle and utilities, different tube class — also built as the WM-673B). Insert-and-heat without marking, Φ2.0 to Φ8.0 mm, is the WM-663 heat shrink tube inserting and heating machine, 800–2,500 pcs/h. For producing marked number sleeves in bulk without threading them onto wire — including long sleeves — the WM-665JG six-channel number tube cutting and laser marking machine prints and cuts sleeve from Φ1.5 to Φ40 at lengths of 8–300 mm. And for shrinking sleeves already positioned along a harness section, the WM-664 infrared harness heat shrink oven takes sections up to Ø100 mm.
