Six-Channel Number Tube Cutting Machine with Laser Marking for Wire ID Sleeves WM-665JG
The WM-665JG marks and cuts wire identification sleeves in one automatic pass — up to six channels of number tube feed side by side under a laser head, then a blade parts each printed sleeve at 8 to 300 mm with ±0.2 mm tolerance, in full-cut or half-cut mode. Laser marking uses no ink or ribbon; mark durability is checked on the actual sleeve, and forced water cooling carries continuous duty. Control is by PLC with a 19-inch display and an English touchscreen interface. Rated 2,000 W on 220 V AC, the floor unit measures 900 × 550 × 1290 mm and weighs 175 kg.

Key features
- Up to six tube channels run side by side under one laser head, so a whole cabinet's worth of wire numbers comes off a single unattended machine
- Laser marking uses no ink or ribbon; verify mark durability after handling, exposure to your specified solvents and the actual shrinking cycle
- Half-cut mode leaves marked sleeves connected in printed order, so the wiring bench pulls them off the string in exactly the sequence of the wire list
- ±0.2 mm cutting from 8 to 300 mm with forced water cooling keeps length and mark position stable through full-shift continuous runs
What it processes
- Wire identification sleeves for control cabinets, switchgear and panel building, produced per wire list
- Harness shops preparing numbered sleeve kits in sequence for each work order
- Marking and cutting sleeve batches for electrical contracting and machine-builder wiring teams
Suited for: producing marked wire ID sleeves in quantity — panel shops, switchgear and harness lines that consume numbered tube by the thousand and need the legends permanent and in sequence. Not suited for: unmarked cut-to-length tube work — for that, pick the WM-565N heat shrink tube cutting machine, the plain high-speed cutter for tube and soft sleeving up to Φ38 mm — nor shrinking the sleeve onto the wire afterwards; that step lives with the heat shrink processing machines.
Sleeve materials and legends vary, so we prove yours first: send a reel of your actual number tube with a sample wire list, and we mark and cut it on this machine on video before you commit.
WM-665JG — common questions
What does half cut do, and when would I use it?
In half-cut mode the blade cuts most of the way through, so the sleeves stay joined in a continuous string in the order they were printed. The electrician tears them off one by one and the numbers arrive in wiring-list sequence — no sorting tray, no lost markers. Full cut drops separated pieces into the chute instead.
Why laser instead of an ink or ribbon printer?
Laser marking changes the sleeve surface and uses no ribbon or ink. We verify readability and durability after your specified shrinking cycle and solvent exposure on the actual sleeve material. Print content and channel layout are set up on the system software, with the day-to-day interface on the English touchscreen.
What is the WM-665JG not intended for?
Plain cut-to-length production without marking — a dedicated cutter in the tube and pipe cutting category is faster and far simpler for unmarked tube. It also does not shrink the sleeve onto the wire; that happens later at the bench or in a shrink oven.
