Fully Automatic Short Coaxial Cable Cutting and Stripping Machine for Ø1–6 mm Cable WM-2506D
The WM-2506D automatically cuts and multi-layer strips short flexible and semi-rigid coaxial cable from Ø1–6 mm. It handles 15–250 mm cut lengths, stores 40 programs and processes about 600–700 pieces per hour, with up to six stripping layers and 0.01 mm depth increments.

Key features
- Measures, cuts and strips short coaxial pieces in one automatic sequence
- Programs up to six jacket, braid, dielectric and conductor exposure steps with 0.01 mm depth increments
- Stores 40 cable recipes for repeat orders and frequent product changeovers
- Supports different left- and right-end strip lengths within the stated limits
- Combines the cutting unit, feed rollers and output handling in a continuous short-piece line
What it processes
- Short antenna and RF jumper preparation before connector assembly
- Flexible coaxial leads for consumer electronics and communication modules
- Semi-rigid coaxial pieces requiring repeatable multi-layer exposure
- Batch production where the same short cable recipe is reordered regularly
Suited for: automatic production of 15–250 mm flexible or semi-rigid coaxial pieces that need cutting and up to six programmed stripping layers. Not suited for: operator-fed end stripping of cable that is already cut — use the WM-2106A multi-layer coaxial stripper for Ø0.81–7 mm cable or the WM-2208 rotary-blade stripper for cable up to Ø18 mm.
The production advantage is not just a faster strip cycle. One recipe controls piece length, the two end treatments and as many as six material layers, so repeat orders can return to a stored setup rather than rebuilding the process at each station. Separate 30 mm and 50 mm end limits also allow asymmetric finished leads.
Cable construction remains the deciding factor. For diameters above this machine’s range, the WM-2320 covers cable up to Ø23 mm and the WM-2420 heavy-duty stripper covers Ø6–40 mm EV and shielded cable. Send samples and the finished-end drawing so we can confirm blade access, braid quality and conductor protection before the configuration is finalized.

WM-2506D — common questions
What cable can the WM-2506D process?
It is specified for flexible and semi-rigid coaxial cable from 1.0 to 6.0 mm in diameter. Send the exact cable construction because braid density, dielectric material and jacket hardness affect the blade recipe even when two cables have the same outside diameter.
How short can it cut and how many layers can it strip?
The stated cutting range is 15–250 mm. A recipe can contain up to six stripping layers, with a maximum 30 mm strip on the left end and 50 mm on the right end.
When should I choose a semi-automatic coaxial stripper instead?
Choose a semi-automatic model when the operator only needs to strip the end of a pre-cut cable. The WM-2106A covers Ø0.81–7 mm cable, while the WM-2208 covers Ø1.5–18 mm cable and longer end stripping.
What do you need for a sample test?
Send 2–3 meters of cable, the finished-end drawing, the required cut length and tolerance, each strip length and depth, and your target hourly volume. We set the recipe, record the trial and return representative stripped samples for approval.
