The WM-367 automates five shielded-cable end operations in one pass — outer jacket stripping, shield splitting, braid twisting into a pigtail, inner core stripping with strand twisting, and terminal crimping — on cable diameters from 2 to 10 mm. Strip lengths run 10–40 mm and rated output is 2,000–2,200 pieces per hour as transfer clamps index every cable end through the stations. Programs are set on an English touchscreen. The inline machine measures 2,160 × 730 × 1,250 mm, weighs 280 kg and runs on single-phase 220 V or 110 V.

How is the braid handled without damaging it?

Rotating brush wheels comb the braid open after the jacket window is cut, then a rotary head twists the freed strands into a tight pigtail. The program also includes a shrink-tube baking cycle, so the split point can leave the machine already finished under heat shrink.

What should stay off this machine?
