Multifunctional Shielded Cable Processing Machine with Braid Twisting and Terminal Crimping WM-367
The WM-367 automates five shielded-cable end operations in one pass — outer jacket stripping, shield splitting, braid twisting into a pigtail, inner core stripping with strand twisting, and terminal crimping — on cable diameters from 2 to 10 mm. Strip lengths run 10–40 mm and rated output is 2,000–2,200 pieces per hour as transfer clamps index every cable end through the stations. Programs are set on an English touchscreen. The inline machine measures 2,160 × 730 × 1,250 mm, weighs 280 kg and runs on single-phase 220 V or 110 V.

Key features
- Replaces five manual stations — jacket strip, shield split, braid twist, core strip-and-twist and terminal crimp run in one clamp-to-clamp pass
- Motor-driven brush wheels comb the braid open and a rotary head twists it into a clean pigtail for grounding terminations
- 2,000–2,200 cable ends per hour with transfer clamps giving every piece identical station timing
- English touchscreen turns each cycle on or off per product — shield spread, twisting, crimping and shrink-tube baking
What it processes
- Shielded sensor and camera cable assemblies from 2 to 10 mm diameter
- Audio, data and RF pigtails where the braid is twisted back into a ground lead
- Harness plants automating manual shield combing, twisting and crimping benches
Suited for: shielded and jacketed cable from Φ2 to Φ10 mm whose ends need the full sequence — jacket off, braid split and twisted into a pigtail, cores stripped, twisted and crimped — at production rates. Not suited for: unshielded single wires — those run on the wire cutting and stripping machines — or plain shield stripping without termination; for that, pick the benchtop WM-2208 rotary blade stripper, which opens Ø1.5–18 mm shielded ends layer by layer.
Send 2–3 meters of your actual shielded cable and your terminal samples, and we run them on this machine on camera — braid pigtail, core strip and crimp sections verified on video before you order.

WM-367 — common questions
Which operations does one pass cover?
Outer jacket stripping, shield splitting, braid twisting into a pigtail, inner core stripping with strand twisting, and terminal crimping — on shielded cable from 2 to 10 mm diameter with strip lengths of 10 to 40 mm. Rated output is 2,000–2,200 pieces per hour.
How is the braid handled without damaging it?
Rotating brush wheels comb the braid open after the jacket window is cut, then a rotary head twists the freed strands into a tight pigtail. The program also includes a shrink-tube baking cycle, so the split point can leave the machine already finished under heat shrink.
What should stay off this machine?
Unshielded hookup wire, and simple shield stripping jobs that need no crimping — those run cheaper on dedicated machines. See the benchtop coaxial cable strippers for shield-only work, or the wire cutting and stripping machines for plain wire.
