Automatic Cable and Tube Prefeeder with 20 kg Load Capacity WM-9120T

CE Certified HS Code 8479.89 Tube, wire and cable 1 m/s; 20 kg load

The WM-9120T prefeeds corrugated tube, water and gas hose, PVC tubing, copper or iron wire and cable into downstream cutting or stripping equipment. It supports 20 kg loads, a 1 m/s feed rate and ten speed settings with braking.

Key features

  • Supplies tube, hose, wire or cable to a separate cutting or stripping machine
  • Offers ten feed-speed settings up to the stated 1 m/s rate
  • Uses braking to control the material reel at a downstream stop
  • Supports loads up to 20 kg on a compact mobile platform
  • Includes a material sensor and feed rollers for demand-controlled handoff

What it processes

  • Corrugated conduit feeding into automatic tube cutters
  • Water, gas or PVC hose supply for programmed-length cutting
  • Copper or iron wire prefeeding ahead of a cutter or stripper
  • Mixed-material cells that need an upstream reel buffer

Suited for: demand-controlled prefeeding of corrugated tube, hose, PVC tube, wire or cable from loads up to 20 kg. Not suited for: a 50 kg general wire reel — use the WM-9150 — or low-tension small coaxial cable, where the WM-9105C provides the dedicated dancer arrangement.

Tube feeding is not identical to wire pay-off. A soft hose can flatten under excessive roller pressure, while corrugated conduit can pulse as ribs pass the drive. The sample trial sets the guide, grip and sensor response for the real material instead of assuming that one roller setting fits every listed input.

For a complete tube line, pair the prefeeder with the required model in the tube and pipe cutting range. The 1 m/s source limit is the prefeeder rate; the final line rate also depends on cut length, downstream cycle and how much buffer can be held between the two machines.

WM-9120T — common questions

Which materials are listed for the WM-9120T?

The source lists corrugated tube, water and gas hose, PVC tube, copper wire, iron wire and cable. Send a coil or reel sample because surface friction, stiffness and minimum bend radius determine the roller and guide setup.

What are the stated load and speed limits?

The unit is specified for a 20 kg load and 1 m/s feed speed, with ten speed settings and a brake. Reel dimensions and material path still require confirmation before production.

When should I choose another pay-off?

Choose WM-9150 for general wire and cable reels up to 50 kg and speeds up to 4 m/s. Choose WM-9105C for Ø0.6–5 mm coaxial cable where a dancer-controlled tension-free loop is required.

What must be tested with my downstream cutter?

Test start-stop response, sensor position, roller grip, braking, material deformation and the buffer path at the longest and shortest programmed pieces. Provide the downstream machine model, line direction, speed and a representative reel.
