Automatic 6-Channel Laser Printing Machine for Heat Shrink Marker Tubes WM-672
The WM-672 prints wire marker sleeves on six heat shrink tubes at once — a UV laser writes a different legend on each channel while the machine cuts finished markers at 8 to 300 mm (±0.2 mm), full cut or half cut. It accepts tube from Φ1.5 to Φ40 mm and turns out 8,000 – 12,000 printed sleeves per hour with all six channels running at 10 mm segments. Jobs are loaded from Excel wire lists on the host software with a 19-inch monitor; the laser needs no ink or ribbon. Rated 2,000 W on 220 V AC, water-cooled, 900 × 550 × 1290 mm, 175 kg.

How is content assigned when six channels run at once?
Each of the six channels carries its own legend — the host software takes an Excel wire list and distributes entries across channels, so one pass produces six different marker sequences side by side. Channel count is freely adjustable from 1 to 6, and job files are stored on the machine for repeat orders.
Will the printed mark survive shrinking and handling?
The UV laser writes the legend into the tube surface rather than laying ink on top, so it resists water, oil and abrasion and stays readable after the sleeve is shrunk onto the wire. There is no ribbon or ink involved, which also removes the per-meter consumable cost of thermal-transfer tube printers.
What tube sizes and colors does it take?
Standard tooling covers heat shrink tube from Φ1.5 to Φ40 mm; the channel positioning jigs adjust to suit roughly forty tube sizes. With all six channels running 10 mm segments the machine produces 8,000 to 12,000 printed and cut markers per hour.
