Automatic 3-Core Cable Cutting Stripping Twisting and Tinning Machine WM-4710T
The WM-4710T automatically cuts, strips, twists and tins three-core round or flat cable. It supports 2–9 mm stripping and tinning lengths, up to 50 mm core splitting and source-listed output of 1,700–2,000 pieces per hour.

Key features
- Integrates cable cutting, jacket preparation, core separation, stripping, twisting and solder tinning
- Configured around three-core round and flat sheathed cable rather than loose individual wires
- Adjusts stripped and tinned conductor lengths from 2 to 9 mm
- Splits the insulated cores by up to 50 mm for spaced terminations
- Uses separate processing modules so each stage can be checked during sample setup
What it processes
- Three-core appliance and lighting leads prepared for PCB or terminal-block soldering
- Flat or round power cable requiring separated, twisted and tinned conductors
- Repetitive cable sets using H03VVH2-F, H03VV-F, RVV or VFF constructions
- Harness production where cut length and both end treatments must come from one line
Suited for: three-core round or flat sheathed cable that must be cut, split, stripped, twisted and tinned in one production flow. Not suited for: parallel processing of loose individual wires — use the WM-4706W multiple-wire tinning machine — or a broader multicore two-end tinning job, where the WM-4706S is the relevant comparison.
The cable construction and fan-out drawing govern the setup. The line can split the cores by up to 50 mm and prepare 2–9 mm of conductor for tinning, but tooling still has to match the outer jacket, conductor insulation and core spacing. A trial should confirm that the jacket opens cleanly, the strands remain contained after twisting and the solder stops at the specified position.
If a finished lead also requires terminal crimping, the process boundary changes. The WM-462 five-wire tinning and crimping machine is the verified in-house referral for that search intent. Send the cable and terminal samples before choosing between a tin-only line and a combined process.

WM-4710T — common questions
Is the WM-4710T for loose wires or a sheathed three-core cable?
It is specified for three-core round or flat cable. The process opens and separates the cores before conductor stripping, twisting and tinning; it is not the loose-wire parallel-feed layout used by the WM-4706W.
What end dimensions can it produce?
The published stripping and tinning ranges are both 2–9 mm, with core splitting up to 50 mm. The sample drawing must also show jacket removal, conductor fan-out and whether both ends use the same dimensions.
How does it differ from the other tinning machines?
The WM-4706W processes up to ten independent 18–28 AWG wires in parallel. The WM-4706S is for multicore sheathed cable under Ø8 mm with two-end tinning. This model is the three-core round or flat cable line with splitting, twisting and tinning.
What should I send before requesting a quotation?
Send the cable standard or datasheet, 2–3 meters of cable, conductor count and colors, cut length, jacket and conductor strip drawing, solder specification, permitted untinned length and target output. A sample run confirms the tooling and solder result.
Can it crimp a terminal after tinning?
Terminal crimping is not part of this machine's stated process. If the job needs multiple wires to be tinned and crimped, review the WM-462 five-wire stripping, tinning and crimping machine and verify the wire and terminal samples first.
