Automatic Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine WM-CS10
The WM-CS10 automatic wire cutting and stripping machine processes single-core wire from 0.1 to 10 mm² (AWG 28-8), cutting to programmed length with ±0.5 mm accuracy and stripping both ends at up to 8,000 pcs/hour. Programming is via a 7-inch color touch screen with 100 stored wire recipes; blades are carbide and field-replaceable in under 10 minutes.

Can the WM-CS10 half-strip so the ends stay on for tinning?
Yes. Head and tail strips are independently programmable as full strip or half strip with 0.1 mm resolution, so strands stay twisted for the next tinning or crimping step.
What blades does it use and how long do they last?
Standard carbide V-blades last roughly 1-2 million cycles on copper wire. Replacement takes under 10 minutes and spare sets are stocked for express dispatch.
